This current structure was rebuilt in 1957. It was originally built by the Jesuit fathers for the Chinese converts who mostly lived in that area.

I need a copy of my Batismal Certificate. Please email me mannypenn08034@yahoo.com. I live in the USA and no way for me except posting it here. I really appreciate if anyone can help me where or who to contact to get my Baptismal Certificate. I use to live in Metrica St Sampaloc Manila. I think i am either Baptized at Quiapo Church or Santa Cruz Church. God bless and thank you.
