No I did not do any editing to change the distortion. You can see the pole on the left is curved. On the 300D with the smaller sensor, the fish eye effect is not as great as a film camera. With a fisheye lens any lines that are in the center of the frame are straight, as the horizon and pole near the center in this picture. Also without a lot of straight lines, as in this photo, the fisheye effect is not that obvious.

Jim, your EXIF says fisheye lens, are you cropping out the distortion areas, because these look pretty clean to me. Cool photo process!
