Rory, as promised I posted the link to your website and bragged about your talents when taking those stunning pictures on both Jon's facebook account and mine. Ironically some of jon's mates are already claiming to be flying the planes on the beautiful picture you gave us. I took a picture of it and posted it with your website address below it. No doubt this will attract many more visitors. Wishing you a lot of successs with this "hobby" of yours. Kind regards Sid

I keep coming back for a look at your shots - very well done indeed, SW.
Rory...From a fellow hill climber to another....some stunning shots here totally proving to all why we climb to see these aircraft in their element....Awesome.
You've made great additions to this gallery! Wish I could vote again~!
Awesome. difficult to express how good these are !.
............................................Just speachless what can i say. I live in the Yorkshire dales and we get some good shots (and noise) but nothing like this. I think i need a new camera. lol. Maybe see you up there some day.
Do you guys live on this mountain? Lou
Awesome photos...some beautiful light, you are very fortunate...

Aleksandra & Maciek
Excellent shots, I wish I was there !!!
hi great work ...what is the location and how do you get there
Brilliant site Rory, and fantastic pictures. You and others that trek up the hills to take the pictures deserve a medal just for that alone. I only have a Samsung 5MP bog standard camera, so it would not be worth me trecking up there... that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.
I like the web site because it has been kept functional, and yet it works so well, easy on the eye. Like the choices for viewing the pictures too. Having driven to Barmouth a few times, and lucky enough to see 2 Harriers crossing the road a the top of that huge hill (is it a mountain/s?) on the way, blah, blah, rambling on.
Liked the wildlife pics too on here, and your dog. Great work. You give people something to aspire to.
Fantastic gallery you have here, really enjoy browsing through it. Sure is a place I will go and visit one day too.
Keep up the wonderful photos and I'll keep checking your photos.
HI RORY,your photos just get better and better!!I see your using a canon 40d now, also whats the "huge" lens your using?
I took your advice and got a canon 70-200 2.8!!WOW.what a lens,thanks!1.4tc on the way.Dog looks great!
Outstanding work! You found a sweet spot to shoot! Keep it up! I would love to find a place like this around here! Everything is working for you.
Fantastic plane shots Rory. It takes skill to get shots this good - real entertainment!!! Big vote!

This is very nice to gave the palce, web,.. and the pictures are very precise, good.. impressive only the sound and odor are not in.. yet. V
OK. That's it. I've just looked through your gallery again, and I'm going to have to make the trip up to Wales sometime this year. Your images are just wonderful - but IMG_2900 (Herc on its side) has convinced me that I have to get to the loop.
I'm just floored by how amazing this gallery is. I have a hard enough time tracking geese through the sky, your reflexes must be trigger-sharp. Great, great work!
Such intense photo's keep up the work
gr8 set of pics, really must get up to the loop
Stunning photography - right out of the top drawer.
1) Keywords on photos - e.g. aircraft type / country / squadron / plane number and/or pilot. I know keywording images is a real drag though.
2) Calendars and books. Have you considered produciong calendars and/or books with these images. Try www.lulu.com or www.blurb.com.
Simply awesome, I hope to get to the Mach Loop some day! Voted.
Does anybody else instinctively start humming, "da da da daaaa daaa, da da, da da....da da da daa daaaaa daaa dddaaaa...highway to the danger zone...., I'll take you right in to the dangerzooooooone...out along the edges, always where I burn to beeeee, the further on the edge, the hotter the intensity......." etc :-)
Where are my mirror aviator specs :-) Amazing gallery.
these pictures are amazing you defiently have a skill only wish i had the same. keep up the great work
This really is an incredible gallery Rory!

Hello again Rory
Nice to meet you this afternoon. Snap on the aircraft in formation!!, it was good of them to come around again. A good day and I think we were in the right spot today.
May meet again perhaps.
Love the site pictures are awsome!!
Anyway basically I live in Llanrhaeadr Ym don't know if you know where that is? Well its not that far away from the "Macc loop" and there are always Hawks Tornado's F-15 Hurcules etc... coming over.
At the moment i only have a scanner 25-87 108-172 406-512 so not great for military!!So in a few days getting UBC3500XLT I have made a list of frequencies of all the aircraft etc but maybe you have and reccomendations or good freqs for different areas - aircraft? So i'm in OTA G right? Obviously LFA7 but must be pretty close to LFA 7T as they are well under 250ft! anyway thanks, Jamie

Thanks for your comment... I love your shoots. I do have a lot more A/C ones however becuase I'm a photographer for the Air Force it hard to get most of my stuff released to the out side world... It kind of a bummer but it still a killer job.

wow, wow, wow !!!!!!!! incredible gallery, what a place. Excellent photos. Some details of shutter speeds and equipment used would be extra helpful. Not suggesting for one minute that it was the equipment that is responsible for this amazing work.
