Wandering Albatross from a higher cliff

By the time, the Albatrosses reached this far away
to be able to display their full 11 feet wing span,
the image lost something.

I do have other images in my archives (somewhere)
in which I am only a few feet away from the Albatrosses taking off.
The full span of the wings were not visible in those shots.
However, the close up feet and head made for a unique & intriquing image.
I will someday post at least one or two whenever I ever find those shots in my achives.

Meanwhile, you can somewhat see the environment of the Wandering Albatross nesting grounds.
The tiny white dots on the cliff below are more nesting albatross.

Ha! I love how you've caught the backside tail feathers here, Liz. It does show the long wingspan and the rugged areas of the nesting.
