Tough Life

This cow pony has a hard time grazing in this rocky pasture. He does look well fed though. I think they have to be pretty tough to live in the New Mexico desert.

Awesome. I love the wild horses. I don't see how any cattle survive in southern New Mexico. You can drive for miles and miles without seeing anything green, but still there are cattle. Must be a lot of work for the farmers.
