Your cliches have been appropriate and very enjoyable. There are many interpretations of cliche. Antonio has used the word cliche to mean a stereotype. And your examples are typical cliche views of Idyllic scenes like picture postcards. Americans exchange cliche with idiom. Expressions used so often, they become cliche. This is a great scene, I love to fish too. V
