Several weeks ago in lake Martin LA, Vicki and I plus a few lucky others witnessed this territorial altercation with 'land' and the girl to the victor. Although vanquished completely the loser hung around even the next day. It must be the girl, for swamp land looked plentiful to us. She caught the action while I failed to correct my settings from an earlier attempt at high depth of field and the cameras aperture priority rendered all my shots a blur at 1/60 or worse on this dull day. Her 1/250 f 5.6 was borderline.
