The Royal Library in Turin, Italy, has a 700ad globe of the world, known as a Mappundi, the bottom half of this globe has in Latin, a note similar to- Beyond the interior sea we have not been on account of the heat of the sun, here may live the Fabulous Antipodeans. Why were they Fabulous? we Australians are good; & we have mysterious carvings that were not done by the aborigine of the past 300 years so we may have a claim to being the fabulous but so may the people who built these erections. Remember Romans got as far as Goa in India, the interior ocean is the Indian, & that a European must have seen someone for them to know the FABULOUS ANTIPODEAN.
