7/5 - Challenge: Country

Home Studio

This weeks Totally Informal Transglobal Thursday Challenge theme was country and I decided to go a bit
patriotic. I did not choose the honor of serving in my countries armed forces, something which I now
regret, but my father did. At the time he was discharged from the Air Guard nearly 40 years ago he
was a Major and had spent over 18 years in the service. To my father and all those others who have
felt the call to serve, regardless of motivation, I say a simple "thank you."

The texture is as rich as the story to go with it.
