But this one is mine. Not all I had hoped my first attempt at the ages old art of brewing would be
but still good, just the same. I have learned and the next batch will be better even as I enjoy this one.

Great caramel color and clarity. Beautiful ale. Number 1 rule... sterilize, sterilize, sterilze! Did you pitch powder yeast or use a liquid yeast?
