This beauty also comes from my personal collection, and is my favorite Tomomi marble to date. I love the awesome array of spring colors and I especially LOVE those butterflies on each side! Tomomi can do it all, as she makes some incredible millie to go along with her patterned flowers. I still find it hard to believe that Tomomi is creating these marbles out of boro, somehow able to translate the traditional techniques which the Japanese have used in their soft glass satake work into this much stiffer glass. Her work is utterly brilliant and beautiful, timeless creations for the best of collections!
