I'd just like to inform you that all is well with my puppy, I named him "Chico". You're right, it took awhile to get him to walk on the leash but this morning we had progress, hahahaha.... Anyways, besides that he is very well behaved and loves the attention ( a big sook ).

Bill, it has been very easy for me and my family to love Chewy. He is learning routines, and he seems to be very happy. He is comical, sweet and affectionate.

I probably could have written an equally enthusiastic email a week ago, but here's an abbreviated timeline:
a.. He didn't make a sound in the car, and stayed on my lap
b.. Caroline's eyes almost popped out of her head when she saw him (I held him behind my back, and he didn't make a sound)
c.. within 24 hours, we knew you wouldn't be getting him back ;)
d.. now, Caroline and I have a new love (it's a jealousy-free affair)
We named this little Godsend on day 1: Monty. He is personable, playful, affectionate, and obviously, handsome as heck. I feel like I could go on an on, but at the same time, I feel at a loss for words. Being used to owning cats, I have never experienced this level of interaction with an animal before.
It's so rewarding that it overwhelms me. He's so dedicated, so happy, so fluffy, so perfect, so everything. He is being pretty much perfect with his housebreaking. He is giving the cats space - most of the time – and loves licking their faces. The cats, very surprisingly, have been quite receptive. They have even slept feet away from each other - it's really quite heartwarming. He has taken very well to all visitors, and looks at us especially with such love that it almost breaks you down.
His temperament is such a testament to your program. It's really uncommon, from what I gather, for a dog to be this balanced and developed at such a young age. He's made it as easy as possible on a first-time dog owner.
In short - you, through him, have changed our lives. We are dedicated to nothing but making him a happy little man for the rest of his life. Thank you so, so, so much, Bill. If you ever want to see him again, please just let us know. You're more than welcome to stop by with your other dogs any time you like. I'll throw some stories at you here and there over email, but if you do want to see him, just let us know. Talk to you soon,
