Another great day! Well, this clinic was packed with adventure starting with the discovery that we didn't have the medications we ordered. Then when we arrived at the clinic, we didn't have the key to the closet where we store all of the files, meds, and clinic supplies. Our new clinic leaders dealt with the situation quickly and we were able to get things moving around 11:30am. Everyone on the team rallied so that we could make up some lost time, and we saw a lot of patients. We had a nice spaghetti meal with refried beans and rice prepared for us by our clinic hostess, Rita. Was I supposed to put the salsa on the spaghetti? It was good! Back in San Diego, we had a great time at TGIF's and wore our waitress out, or at least Raymond did! I hope you didn't call her on the way home...LOL. A blowout on Alfredo's truck on the way back to CSUF near Mission Viejo was the last bit of adventure for the long day. Luckily, no one was hurt, and AAA came quickly and changed the the tire out in the carpool lane about as fast as Nascar pit stop. Thanks to everyone who came on the trip and made it a great experience and great day for our patients.
