carp

went with steve for a few hours fishing tonight, he caught this carp about 8lb's....

Here's the recipe my dad taught me for cooking carp:
1. Get a wide strip of rubber from an old tire and lay the carp on it.
2. Salt the carp liberally and squeeze the juice of 2 lemons over it.
3. Put the whole thing in a hot fire and leave it there until it is thoroughly blackened and charred.
4. Scrape the burnt carp off, throw it away, and eat the strip of tire.
