My cousin Kevin Crozier was the architect who did the redesign of the house. The owners wished to be very respectful of the character of the house, and hopefully this was achieved in the eyes of most observers.

Just a note from a Rowancroft resident. This was not the Gardens but a house Built in a portion of the 10 acres by MSC my aunt. The Gardens were on the upper level Of the property and the house appears up be a updated version of the white clapboard Blue shuttered country house we all lived in. Peggy Purdy
