C & O Canal: McMahon's Mill

Mile 88.1 near Williamsport, MD

Believed to be the only surviving mill on the canal, it's been known as Charles Mill, Shaffer's Old Flouring Mills, Avis Mill, and Cedar Grove Mill. NPS has done restoration work on it.
