14 year-old Kelty lost her brave fight with cancer July 25, 2003.
She lived all her life at the foot of the Matanuska Glacier in Glacierview, Alaska.
Her ashes were scattered in the field in front of her home where she spent many an hour digging glorious holes with Kira and Jamison.
"Kelty was a great mom to Kira and always groomed her. She was the bridge of bonding betwen Jamison and Kira."
