Perinton Square Mall, Fairport, NY

This has been the site of many restaurants over the years. None of them
seem to last for very long. I'm guessing that they do not get enough traffic.
Too bad as they have had a couple of really good restaurants over the past 40 years
(for locals, I'm remembering the original Vineyard and the first Casa Azteca).

It seems to be a European problem, money is poured in with so much hope only for them to fail after a while.

Striking details in BW. We have a similar local building that has gone from good to bad and medium with different owners. Now it has South African menu and is very popular because we have a lot of imported Sth Africans living around here.
