I got home late last night, after a long meeting in London and then a delayed flight.
Too late for the shops, so instant noodles from the back of the cupboard saved the day.

But last year things were a bit more healthy.

Personally I just go for cereal (if hot) or porridge (if cold) for that kind of situation. I'm not sure whether you hand held the camera and did the pour with the other hand, or set the camera up on a tripod with the time release. Either way it worked out well.
