For Sheila

White chocolate and ginger cheesecake. Not as healthy as yesterday's picture!
This one is made from mascarpone, creme fraiche and melted white chocolate.
With small pieces of stem ginger and ginger syrup to add a tangy flavour.

GH3 huh? It is clear that you love this series of cameras and it is easy to see why. Have you not long bought it? What do you make of the OMD EM5? I can almost taste this delicious slice of cheesecake. A little bit of what you fancy does you good .... a BIG bit must do you even MORE good. That's my philosophy anyway. :o)
