I don't know what company this is, but they use the tang stamp "S K" followed by 2 initials representing the model name. One the reverse of the tang is always printed, "MFG. IN JAPAN. NAT'L HEADQUARTERS U.S.A."

I have a knife that says " precision hollow gorund fine stainless steel " and on the reverse tang " mfg. in Japan. Nat'l Headquartes -U.S.A.- ".... but no S K or any initials.
