I went as a one night stopover on our Utah trip. It was running 104 degrees by day - compared to 111 where I live near Palm Springs - so nothing I wasn't used to at home. Even at that, the town was packed with what seemed like mostly Italian, French and German visitors.
Las Vegas is as glittery as ever by night. Maybe more so. But it's also as ugly in the daylight as I remembered. There is much more I'd like to shoot at night than I could cram into one hot night on tired old legs. Maybe another time.
