Looks like the Parsnip Webworm Moth, Depressaria pastinacella. Hodges 0922 at MPG and BugGuide. I hope to discuss with you soon the addition of your larvae photos to the database we are building at MPG. We will end up with a search engine that would allow easy identification of this critter.
