Odd as it may sound, having lived in Dubai for over 2 years, scenes like these are not common. Partly because Dubai is a new city and therefore everything is sparkling and brand new, but more so because it barely rains in Dubai, so there is not much rust around! This was taken in Jersey, where rain is quite abundant and "wear and tear" is more evident in the surroundings.
