Procedure:
1. Used Neat-image: first built a noise profile then played with sliders for noise till I found
an acceptable mix of sharpness vs. noise. (This was 95% of the work, really)
2. Used the dodge brush to draw over eyes and lips for darker look
3. minor cloning to remove certain patches in white area
