Sup Bening Oyong

Gak perlu takaran....
Bahannya sederhana, bikinnnya juga gampang!

Bahan:
1 lt kaldu daging
Oyong/Gambas, buang kulitnya, potong2
Udang, buang kulitnya
Misoa/ Soun/ Mihun, rendam air panas sebentar

Bumbu:
Bawang merah, iris
Bawang putih, geprek
Garam, merica

Taburan:
Bawang daun, iris
Cabe rawit, iris
Bawang putih, iris, goreng hingga kecoklatan, remas kasar

Cara membuat:
Didihkan kaldu daging.
Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga harum.
Masukkan udang, aduk hingga berubah warna.
Masukkan tumisan kedlm kaldu.
Tambahkan garam dan merica.
Masukkan potongan oyong, segera matikan api.
Tuangkan ke dlm mangkuk saji yg berisi misoa/ soun/ mihun.
Beri taburan, hidangkan dlm keadaan panas

Oyong/Gambas in english: Ridged gourd, ribbed gourd, Angled loofah, Chinese okra
