Heading to Raro in late April super keen to get a wave if you could let me know what sort of size swell is required for a couple of the more consistent spots would be really appreciated.

I just wondering whether you could suggest any beach or children friendly brakes on Raro. Looking to book a surf trip for hubby and very keen to surf 9yrold girl. Not sure if there would be and option for her from what I have read? aim to keep her keen in the sport not put off.Ta

I will be coming to the Cook Islands on a volunteer trip for 3 weeks ...maybe more. I will be teaching children while I am there. I would like to surf on my down time and want to know the best time of year to score clean good waves. I am also open to getting in touch with some local surfers while I am there. hey there,
i´m amazed by the pics! i spent several weeks on the island in january but it was everywhere so big that i saw no chance to surf. the only spot it worked, was the spot near the airport...please let me know, where you made the awesome pics (also at airport spot?). so i wonder, if will come again to the paradise island, if there is a chance to catch such waves!

I'm heading over from NZ for 2 weeks , whats the water like do i need a vest up top is a rashis fine.

whats the heavest wave there, keen as to get some pits on my lid.

Hiya Cary, Off to Raro in october, is it easy to get to the breaks or do you need local knowledge, is access by boat or beach?. What size boards do you think I should bring, any info or tips would be appreciated.

Choice shots! really amped me, i am coming over with the missus to visit some friends that live in raro, and was worried that i wasn't going to get surf, but now i am stoked and can't wait. CHEERS! Good to see the boys getting amongst it. Hope to see you in the water. Keep up the good work.
