I was taking a photo of that interesting electric light configuration on the top right
when I realized I'd put it on Timer via that badly-placed button.. I wanted to stop it
since it would be a blur, but parts of the picture (bldgs, fixture, tree) "took" as
stationary while the rest of it (lights etc) follows the movement of the camera in a
curve downward during my attempt to stop the timer (which worked somehow). I
liked the result but don't know why some of the light necklaces are curved and
some are straight! Bldg on right was washed out, so I 'burnt it in' to match the rest..

Very cool! How did you do this? Is it Photoshopped?
