Sharp eye, Waqas!! It was, though, both. At 1/20th of a second, at full-zoom on the little Elph, I moved the camera and she moved too. But at least I warn people :-) .
Nice catch, I was gonna say "lack of IS", but then I noticed that it's not hand-shake, it's motion blur; the woman moved, the rest of the pic seems prefectly OK.
