I found out before this night shot --
seehttp://www.pbase.com/andrys/image/71882538 -- that if I move the camera
*at the end of a longer-exposure* before it's done, the most energetic, brightest lines
will be recorded while the camera is moving (causing streaks) while the darker areas
aren't seen in that brief movement time and they don't register so aren't recorded over
what was registered before the camera moved at the end of the exposure.
