That's a column, at the right, from The Treasury building.

The cafe tables are quite far away, so I used the 20x zoom.
However, I didn't keep the camera steady enough.

The next shot shows how far away the cafe is,
but it's right by the Siq entrance to the plaza,
so that gives an idea.
