The Hotel Del Coronado. It is one of the few surviving examples of an American architectural genre: the wooden Victorian beach resort.
The Hotel is located right behind the beach and has been visited by many celebrities and has been used in quite a few films as well.
The hotel is huge, but this wooden tower is the view most associated with it.
