The magnificent Seven
A selection of Indonesian and Mexican Chilli Sauces from our refrigerator.
Each one has a particular application, for example I like Pico Pica with my scrambled eggs, while Mrs. Amoxtli like hers with Cholula.
They're all hot!

I use that chili paste on the right when I cook Thai - and usually use too much for the rest of the family.

That pico is tasty on eggs. There is such wonderful variety in hot sauces. Any with Ghost Chillis 8-o

You're a man after my own heart, Walter - you just cannot live without chillies. I know the rightmost one (I think it's Vietnamese?), the Sambal Oelek Terasi and the Cholula...fabulous collection, and I'm glad to see they're all being well used :o)
