Alida, Alida, this is a classic. I love the photo of back in our day. It's a beauty. You and your sister look great! I remember pictures taken just like this one. I thought they were nice and they're still nice.

Hi there! I'm doing a paper for my art class at the University of Windsor, Ontario (Canada). I'm interested in this photo, and how you came across it. I noticed you mentioned you were 11 years old. I would love to contrast this picture to an 11 year old in todays generation. Why have you choosen to title this piece "nerdy?" Did you alter the photo in any way? Thanks for your time, I look forward to your response.

I was about 11 years old and the other girl is my cousin "Jo-Jo", my mother's sister's daughter. Yes, that's Greg and it was his confirmation photo.
