For some reason Bleakians seem to have quite a predilection for the motif of three balls surmounted by crowns, as seen in this lamp post in front of their Parliament House. The motif will be found in front of a number of buildings up and down Spring Street.

3 Balls? I think thats the traditional sign for a pawn shop. Perhaps the town is running a fiscal deficit.
