One of seemingly thousands of signs, mini-billboards, banners, etc. that are erected annually months in advance for this festival on public owned roadways and right-of-ways in Miami-Dade County. The Calle Ocho and Scottish Festivals don't abuse public land like this. Why does this particular festival have to illegally post their signs and banners all over town on public land?
After years of displaying the Colombian festival and numerous other events at this site, the Florida Department of Transportation removed the illegal sign supports and framework a few weeks after this festival and hopefully more signs will not be erected.
