This is probably a juvenile White-chested Swift. I recently came across an image of a bird with a faint breast-band like this, identified as this species. The whitish throat and white tips to the outer tail feathers also differs from White-collared as do the shape.
Great place Gauacamayos ridge in the morning for watching swifts.
