The wheels arrived today. One wheel suffered slight damage, probably from being loosely packed inside the cardboard box. A small piece broke off during transit https://pbase.com/9146gt/image/150897823 which was really a terrible attempt to repair using some sort of epoxy compound. You can clearly see it here https://pbase.com/9146gt/image/150897825 Are you kidding me? Glue a Magnesium piece back on the lip of the rim without actually welding it? Wow! What was he thinking? As expected, that small repaired piece simply broke-off again due to a slight impact. This is not a big deal since I will be 'properly' restoring this pair https://pbase.com/9146gt/image/150897872 of rare Campagnolo 11x15 Magnesium wheels to look as good as new.
