The Polar Bear Plunge ~ Animated

Mercer Park, Baldwinsville, NY

My nephew Rhys taking the icy dive headfirst into the frigid waters of the Seneca River in the first ever Baldwinsville Polar Bear Plunge which raised money for local charities. The ambient temperature was a balmy 24F!
