Eric, just discovered your images when looking for the Woodshute Wilderness area in AZ. I am impressed in how you have chronicled many beautiful places in Arizona. I am sure I will send you another note after I have digested your images. Thanks, George. Www.Pbase.com/geokolb

Your images are outstanding. I worked as a lookout on Green Mountain in the 60's and 70's. The view of and from Green Mountain remind me of the fantistic experience I had with the Forest Service during summers while I was going college.

Hello Eric-

I happened on your photos via the internet while looking for a hike in the northern cascades. I just love them. I've been to many of the places you have photographed and you have done a wonderful job capturing them. Truly great work.

Hi Eric,
What an amazing collection of photos! I teach ecology at a university in Chicago, and I'd like to know if it would be possible to incorporate some of these images into my course. You'll be properly credited, of course. You know, I used to live in the PNW, and a lot of the shots bring back memories - though I'm not sure the scenery ever looked quite as good as in person as you've captured it!

Dear Mr. Eric Noel
I am an editor of educational printed science magazine for school children
in Israel. We are a non-profit magazine, which is done by a group of science
educators in order to direct kids attention and curiosity towards science
subjects.
I have now an article about petrified wood, concerning the news about the
scientist Yongsoon Shin and colleagues at the Department of Energy from
Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, who have found a way to convert wood
to mineral, achieving in days what it takes nature millions of years to do.
Anyway I want to illustrate this story with photos of real petrified wood
and so, while searching the web I found your photos:
http://www.pbase.com/ericnoel/image/36776129 and:

Later on I have found out how to reach you. So I wander if I may ask your
permission to use this photos for this purpose.
We'll print your credit according to your conditions.
Thanks for the attention and best regards.

Enjoyed your Museum of Glass gallery. I took some photos there earlier this year & didn't achieve quite the same results. Great images. Love the night shots.

Hello Bill. Nice to hear from you. If you're ever in Seattle again give me a call. I'd do likewise if I ever made it out to Minnesota although I don't get away from the local area too much these days.

I think these pictures look great. Keep up the good work. I was just in Seattle on business for a week... I really enjoyed seeing Mt. Ranier again. I wish I would have known that you lived in Seattle, I would have looked you up.
