We headed from our friend Jorg's house in Lahr, Germany (just SE of Strasbourg, France) south to Chamonix, France for a few days of hiking and fondue in Arnold the Wondervan. Arnold doesn't quite have the get up and go of cars made in the past 20 years, so ascending the mountain passes took a very long time at about 30kph!
