The purple-striped jelly is a Coastal California native.
Its diet consists mainly of zooplankton, including copepods, larval fish,
ctenophores, salps, other jellies, fish eggs and surfer's legs.

Jellyfish are wonderfull subjects but some can be deadly dangerous.
