These old buildings use to house the old showers so you could have a shower right after your dip in the sea... (and yes, someone has dumped an old bike down there tsk)

I know that bike. Last time I was over there was a guy who kept riding it off the esplanade in to the sea, much to the amusement of the kids there at the time, and my puzzlement when I first saw the splash, and he got out and did it again.

If this is out past the IBSC, then it is all that remains of the old outdoor swimming pool that I used to paddle in back in the 1970s.
