Eye catching roses near the cafe.
A row of these line the edges of the little cafe's outdoor tables and were covered
in blooms the day we had lunch there. The rose is called "Coral Meidiland" here in
Australia, but "Douceur Normande" in the country it comes from - France.

Much more extensive than this little section...
This is the last addition to this gallery for the time being.

Bridge over the Wirra Creek
To get a lovely view of vines and distant hills this little bridge crosses
over a tiny creek - dry at the moment, no water running - to see the
Willunga escarpment which these days is covered in even more vines!
This is part of the Wirra Wirra Winery outdoor area which has been
developed so visitors can wander around outside, or just sit,
sip and enjoy the views.
Best in original format.

How the garden has grown
An up-to-date photo of the garden how it is progressing since my 2005 photos featured in this gallery.
The building has been added to as well, with outdoor seating, a covered area for barbecues
(not included in this photo) and umbrellas for sipping outside on a lovely sunny spring day.

Picnic on the lawns
Our niece works in the laboratory of this winery, we visit fairly regularly
when we are told of special wines on offer... this time it was Riesling we
came home with.
