Congratulations to all those who guessed right! My pruning gloves made of
kangaroo skin! They're ideal for the job, nice and supple, but they still
don't stop some of the large thorns associated with rose pruning, but they
keep out most and save my hands.
I also wear arm guards which save my arms and keep me warmer while I warm up.
