Red pelargonium in June

Zonal variety

Our pelargoniums are just beginning to liven up after the long drought and
lack of water. Nice to see, as they've been looking rather bedraggled for
quite a while. Not sure why the ghosting?

We'll be away for a few days, catch you all on our
return in the later part of next week!

Lovely image with excellent bokeh! My late mother-in-law always insisted on using this Latin term for this and many other flowers. Never the common English names... I grew to respect her vast knowledge of plants and literature as a result.

Love the deep, warm red colour!

Possibly the smallest of breese caught them...I rather like the softness of the focus, Von.

Magnifique... La composition et cette lumière douce sont du plus bel effet. V
