Cowra, New South Wales

Photo taken during a recent trip through Queensland & New South Wales.
This was taken in the Japanese garden in Cowra and you can
see Dick with the trusty old Nikon slung around his neck.

Mr. Ken Nakajima, the world-renowned Japanese garden architect, designed the Kaiyushiki (Strolling) garden.
Covering 5 hectares (14 acres) designed to represent the entire landscape of Japan.
The largest Japanese Garden in the southern hemisphere
Nishikigoi (Koi Carp) live in the lakes
The garden is maintained by 3 full-time gardeners, an apprentice and several part-time staff.
