Stately Treasure

Pomeroy, Washington

This is Garfield County Washington's Courthouse. It was built in 1900, after the original wooden courthouse burned. It is now in need of extensive restoration. There are signs all over town stating "Save Our Courthouse". It was put on the National Registry of Historic Buildings in 1974.
