Falafel Sandwich

Ingredients:
Falafel mix
Pita
Cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, onions
Hummus, green chutney

Preparation:
Mix the falafel mix with water. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and flatten. Fry in oil till golden brown. Spread the different pastes on the pita and pack with falafel and veggies.
