Models

In this series I took photos of nude models in their home environment. The purpose was to portray them not as objects, in the eyes of the male viewers (as is common in art throughout history), but as personalities in their own right.
Instead of posing, they assert themselves, looking the viewer in the eye, instead of being looked at.
I took these photos over a long period of time.
This is the first photo of this series. A new photo will be posted every day.
I look forward to your notes and comments.

The human forms intrigues both sexes. it is also intriguing how one captivates a natural moment (not always easy). The women look pretty relaxed and happy with their natural form. you have a gift for producing such a wonderful collection. Thankyou

Very naturally revealing photography that describes the forms of a woman that we see and admire daily. I like the character of your photographs. I greatly respect the fact that you included your family in your galleries. Your photographs have a nice warmth to them, and you captured the women seemingly as nature wants them to be admired and remembered.... natural and uninhibited because they (the models) are able to see, and are comfortable with, their own beauty.. outide and within. Yaffa: I am so impressed with this gallery. It is so evident that the models are extremely relaxed, and yet, as you say, confident with themselves and assertive in their presentation. Some of the images, such as 7, have a "Man Ray" look about them, and I wonder if you have studied his work. I hope we see a lot more - not just as an image a day, but perhaps a small gallery of some of the models. Congratulations to you, and to your models. Well done. Voted.

Ibarionex, I am very glad that I succeeded in capturing my models so that they radiate the characteristics you have so sensitively noticed. My challenge in taking those photographs is to try and capture the models' inner being, and not in modeling poses, which usually puts the emphasis on the external appearance.

This is a lovely series of nudes, which allows the women to be seen on their own terms. There is a wonderful freshness to them. I love the frankness of the images. Their "realness" is really a wonderful aspect to these photographs. Keep up the great work.

These are very good pictures of naked women. Looking the camera in the eye, changes nothing. 99% of all men will look at these women as sex objects. Of course I am in the 1% who do not.
